Receive hands-on 1:1 implementation support to plan and cook for your dietary needs.

This program is for you if you’ve already chosen or received your diet plan from a doctor or health coach, but you aren’t exactly sure how you’re going to follow it.

And, you desire hands-on support to implement specific diet changes into your life, so that you (and your family) can experience the benefits of healthier eating as quickly as possible.

When you work with me, and an Ayurvedic approach, you will maximize your success by ensuring that your food choices are digestible, balanced, and deeply satisfying to mind and body.

The key is to take steady steps in the right directions. Add more flavorful vegetables and easy-to-digest dishes into your diet. Once everyone starts feeling better, they are more likely to get on board.

We’ll give them dishes everyone is sure to enjoy, like Black Bean and Farro Burgers, Vegetarian Sausage Rolls, or Homemade Falafel Patties made with chickpeas.

We’ve got flavorful whole grain dishes, and easy bakes, as well as soups and stews you can make in an Instant Pot or slow cooker.

You need not worry. We’ll bring those family members along with chef-quality dishes that will have you feeling like a rock star.

You’ll see that you can make simple food that’s so flavorful and satisfying, you’ll soon be hearing your family tell you they would be happy to eat vegetarian more often “if it tasted like this.” That’s what happened to my client, Sarah Pinösch, and many others.

In fact, part of my mission in the world is to make vegetarian food so satisfying for meat eaters, that they never miss the meat.

Of course, nobody is saying you have to stop eating meat either!

2-hour Initial Consultation:

  • Discuss your current diet and baseline situation

  • Assess kitchen tools and confidence

Customized Meal Plan

I am not a fan of prescriptive meal planning that says you eat this for breakfast, lunch, and supper on Monday, this on Tuesday, etc. This approach is prescriptive, and hard to stick with.

Instead, I’ll help you put together a strategy for breakfast, lunch, and supper solutions that focuses on preparation, flexibility, and satisfying results.

What I teach is to set aside “Cooking Sessions” throughout the week, where you would prepare:

  • A soup, stew, or casserole
  • A versatile condiment
  • Other supportive meal prep tasks

The goal of the Cooking Sessions is to equip you with healthy, homemade, cooked and prepared food, that’s ready in the fridge, and can serve as the foundation for multiple meals.

To complete future meals quickly, and keep things fresh, you may cook meat, vegetables, and/or a grain, or put together a salad. 

Magic Recipes

As part of your meal plan, you will receive at least 20 recipes, each them versatile and customizable enough to turn into many more. These recipes will serve as the foundation for your new repertoire of healthy cooking skills.

These Magic Recipes will be a fit for your exact meal plan, and will be supportive for your health, from an Ayurvedic perspective.

Follow-up Meetings

We’ll have a follow-up meeting soon after you receive your Meal Plan and Recipes, to address any questions you have.

Then, you will begin the work of implementing on the plan for 2 weeks, then we will meet again.

And again 2 weeks later.

There will be a total of 3 follow-up meetings after the initial consultation.

The package length is approximately 6 weeks.

Optional Add-on Opportunity

When you reach the checkout page, you will see an offer to add-on three virtual Cooking Classes for $147.

I highly recommend this add-on, as you will be able to experience hands-on my mindful approach to cooking, and learn it for yourself.

This mindfulness approach is what can really change your mindset toward cooking, and bring endless joy to your life. 

These cooking classes will be virtual, and small group. They will be offered at different times, and you will have up to 1 year to claim your classes.

Each class is 2 hours long, and will feature 2-3 seasonal vegetarian recipes. You will be able to make substitutes to fit your diet requirements if needed.
