I’ve been cooking and designing recipes for 25 years, and now I’m on a mission to empower others with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to take control of their health naturally, and joyfully.
My signature system, Lotus Flow Living, is about aligning oneself with healthy daily habits that are unique to the individual. This is daily living that’s so in tune with you, it feels effortless.
When it comes to your Customized Meal Plan, our goal is to enhance your nourishment in a way that you fully enjoy your food, so that you feel it’s easy to reach your health goals.

Our initial consultation provides the foundation and direction for your meal plan, in a way that’s specific for your health concerns.
But I have to let you in on my pet peeve. I am not a huge fan of meal planning in a way that says you eat exactly this for breakfast, lunch, and supper. This approach can feel prescriptive. It can be hard to stick with, and can leave you feeling deflated.
This is why I’ll also empower you with strategies for flexible breakfast, lunch, and supper solutions that focus on satisfying results that work in real life.
In fact, we’re going to co-create your meal plans together so you’re totally clear and on board to implement the changes into your life.
We’ll co-create one week at a time, assess feedback, then make changes. In the end, you’ll have two weeks of customized meal plans delivered in a digital (and printable) format to get you off to the races!!
We’ll also cover meal timing, mindset, planning, and the implementation nitty-gritties of mindful cooking and eating.
Along the way, you’ll overcome blocks to your cooking that you didn’t even know existed. In fact, I predict you’ll feel so incredibly empowered and uplifted that you’ll do doing your happy dance!
As part of your meal plan, you will receive at least 20 personalized recipes, each of them versatile and customizable enough to turn into many more. These recipes will serve as the foundation for your new repertoire of healthy cooking skills.
These recipes will be an exact fit for your prescribed diet plan needs, and supportive for your individual health needs.
There will be a total of three follow-up meetings after the initial consultation, each of 90 minutes in length, and each focused on supporting you to successfully create and implement your diet plan.
During our second meeting, we will co-create Week 1 of your personalized meal plan. This way, we can discuss modifications, choose recipes and solutions that you actually want to make, address any questions you have, and discuss implementation details.
Then, you will have time to implement the plan for 1 week, and we will meet again to discuss progress, make adjustments, and co-create Week 2 of your plan.
After you implement on Week 2, we’ll meet again to discuss your experiences and next steps.

I highly recommend this add-on, as you will be able to experience hands-on my mindful approach to cooking, and integrate it more fully into your life.
This mindfulness approach is what can really change your mindset toward cooking, and bring you endless joy.
These cooking classes will be virtual, and small group. They will be offered at different times, and you will have up to 1 year to claim your classes.
Each class is 2 hours long, and will feature 2-3 seasonal vegetarian recipes. You will be able to make substitutes to fit your diet requirements if needed.
