Your homework assignment is to decide what you will do to slow down in your life, and make a plan for how and when you will start this new habit.
Your homework is to design your personal liver cleanse by:
1. Selecting the foods you will avoid (as many as you wish)
2. Selecting the foods you will add (as many as you wish)
3. Deciding a duration for your cleanse (from 1 day to 3 weeks)
4. Deciding on a start date
And if this homework feels like too much, or for whatever reason you are unable to do a cleanse, commit to one of these 2 lifestyle shifts:
1. Do not skip or delay meals
2. Be in bed by 10 pm to allow the liver to repair, and support restful sleep
