What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is known as an ancient “science of life.”

This traditional wisdom is all about helping you feel perfectly balanced in mind, body, and spirit through personalized diet and lifestyle habits, as well as a whole lot of commonsense knowledge that helps you feel more aligned with nature.

There is no other system that is this focused on making healthy living accessible to ALL, and I am honored to be an ambassador of this knowledge.

I’ve been practicing Ayurveda in my life for about 25 years, and I’m a certified Ayurveda Health Coach and a vegetarian chef.

With a little guidance and support, I know that you will be able to adopt healthier habits that make a huge difference in your wellbeing.

What you’ll experience at Flow into Spring Workshop

  • How to leverage the power of nature during spring to heal mind, body, and spirit
  • Nature’s remedies to remove electromagnetic toxics
  • Clarity on how an Ayurvedic spring cleanse works
  • Which spices and teas cleanse and purify the blood in springtime
  • Ready to greet the morning the Kapha bliss way (Blueberry Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl and Sweet Potato Toast with Black Bean Hummus )
  • Specific foods and recipes that provide the body what it needs at this time to feel nourished and energized

PLUS, a Cooking Demo

I’ll show you exactly how to make:

Indian Ketchup (made with Tamarind)
A versatile, savory condiment that supports digestion and tastes amazing – even better than ketchup I’d say!

Homemade Rice Milk and a Quick Horchata
It’s easy peasy, and horchata is a rice milk flavored with cinnamon and sugar. What’s not to love!
