What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is known as an ancient “science of life.” 

This traditional wisdom is all about helping you feel perfectly balanced in mind, body, and spirit through personalized diet and lifestyle habits, as well as a whole lot of commonsense knowledge that helps you feel more aligned with nature. 

There is no other system that is this focused on making healthy living accessible to ALL, and I am honored to be an ambassador of this knowledge. 

I’ve been practicing Ayurveda in my life for about 25 years, and I’m a certified Ayurveda Health Coach and a vegetarian chef.

With a little guidance and support, I know that you will be able to adopt healthier habits that make a huge difference in your wellbeing.

I’ll show you exactly how to make a beautiful savory n’ sweet Turkish Chickpea Stew that’s free of nightshades – a rare find indeed. 

This meal has everything you want and need: flavor, nourishment, ease, balance, and inspiration. 

Of course, when you attend the workshop, you’ll get the recipe, so that you can make it yourself. That’s the point!
