Full of fiber from fruits and vegetables, this Ayurvedic smoothie isn’t overly sweet, and it’s well balanced in terms of overall flavor and doshic effect.
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on medium-high until smooth. If you are missing an ingredient, just leave it out, or use a similar replacement.

Replace one of the apples with 1/2 cup grapes or blueberry.
Portions and storage
