Instructions
SAUCEPAN: Heat water with ghee and spices on medium heat. Meanwhile, core and peel fruit. Add fruit to spiced water and simmer for 5 minutes. The fruit should be just soft, but not mushy.
INSTANT POT: Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot. Put on the lid and select HIGH PRESSURE. Set the timer for 2 minutes. Allow the pressure to come down for 5 minutes, then release the pressure and open the lid.
