It’s not that you don’t want to cook more, you’re just not sure where to begin, or how to get organized.

When you take a cooking class with chef Andrea, any stress associated with cooking is gone. All you need to do is follow along, step by step. Then, in the end, you will have a beautiful lunch or dinner to enjoy. That’s a big win-win!

Why take a cooking class with Andrea?

A cooking class with Andrea is really an experience where you’ll be encouraged to approach cooking mindfully, and to develop a deeper appreciation of the benefits of cooking for your overall health.

This is a mindset shift that can be truly life-changing!

Imagine if you could completely turn around how you view cooking so that you feel genuinely motivated from the heart to cook more often.

Not only will your body thank you, you’ll nourish mind, body, and spirit, and feel more balanced than ever before.

Some students even report miraculous effects, such as disappearing symptoms of toxicity after eating a single dish, as well as deep feelings of inner peace.

Andrea-Kitchen

Hi. I’m Andrea Hayley-Sankaran, a Certified Ayurvedic Digestive Health Coach, Biocharacteristics Digestive Health Coach and a vegetarian chef with 25 years of experience designing balanced and flavorful vegetarian dishes.

I am the proud founder of Good Gut Ayurveda and the vegetarian food blog Buttered Veg. I’m a total food geek. I’m known as the Joyful Chef because cooking makes me happy, and brings me calm and peace!

I started teaching because I noticed that it’s hard to find good vegetarian food on the Internet and at restaurants that satisfy and nourish the way food is suppose to.

It breaks my heart to see people suffering unnecessarily with their health because the medical system failed them, the food system failed them, the experts failed them, and they lack access to the skills and knowledge that can actually empower them.

I am a firm believer that you should always enjoy your food and feel satisfied, even as you work on eating healthier, such as by adding more vegetables to your diet.

I believe that anyone can reverse disease and achieve optimal health by learning the basic skills of how to cook—and how to eat—as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.

Gut health is a 2-way communication between the mind and the gut, so when you eat healthy food that you enjoy, your gut is going to thank you, and you’ll be rewarded with the energy, freedom, and flow you deeply desire.

What to expect

You’ll have exact clarity ahead of time on how to prepare for the class with the ingredients, and necessary kitchen tools.

Any new ingredients will be flagged and explained, with instructions on where to find them. Substitutions for special dietary needs will also be given.

Classes are conducted in a step-by-step and leisurely manner. Everyone will be able to get the recipes completed successfully within the class time.

Your investment will pay dividends for years to come, as you will make the recipes again and again, and turn them into new family favorites.

If you have any further questions about how the class works, feel free to email me
